RedEarth AI Private Privacy Policy

This policy describes RedEarth AI Private, the owner-operated video-production application used for Red Earth MotoSports. For questions or requests concerning application data, contact info@redearthinnovations.com.
Information the application accesses
With the owner's authorization, the app accesses the connected YouTube channel's identifier, name and statistics; video identifiers and metadata; engagement counts; and authorized YouTube Analytics reports, including revenue reports where available. Its requested permissions cover channel reading, video uploading and analytics reading.
This information is used for the owner's channel dashboard, performance analysis and publishing workflow. The app does not collect a Google password or request private viewer identities.
The owner supplies original video footage and optional images from local storage. Editing and copy generation operate locally. When the owner starts an upload or enables an automatic release policy for a connected account, the app sends the authorized video, title, description, tags and visibility settings directly to YouTube. Other connected social platforms receive their own authorized posts.
Storage and sharing
Account authorization tokens, channel metadata, analytics snapshots and publishing receipts are stored on the owner's Mac. Credential files have owner-only filesystem permissions and are not displayed in the dashboard. Owner-controlled backups may contain application data.
The app does not sell Google API data or send account tokens to a hosted publishing intermediary. It does not use Google API data to train a general-purpose AI model or send that data to an external AI service.
Cookies and this website
The private application uses a local sign-in session. This public information page is hosted on our Shopify website, which may use cookies and collect device and usage information as described in the store website Privacy Policy. Website privacy choices are available through Your Privacy Choices. Visiting these pages does not connect a Google account to the private app.
Account controls and revocation
The owner can pause automated production and revoke the application's Google access through Google Account connections. Revocation prevents further authorized API calls once Google invalidates the grant. It does not remove uploaded videos from YouTube; those videos can be managed in YouTube Studio.
Retention and data-removal requests
The application periodically refreshes authorized analytics and keeps a bounded archive of up to 2,000 social analytics snapshots. Other application records and owner-controlled backups can remain until removed by the operator; the snapshot limit is not a time-based deletion schedule.
To request access, correction or removal of application data, email info@redearthinnovations.com and identify the connected channel and the request. Do not send passwords or authorization tokens. Removal is handled manually by the operator. The current application does not automatically remove all stored data when Google access is revoked.
A comprehensive removal request covers stored credentials, YouTube API metadata, analytics snapshots, publishing receipts, related logs and backups. Original owner-supplied footage is separate from data obtained through YouTube and is retained unless its removal is also requested. Removing local application data does not delete videos already uploaded to a social platform.
YouTube and Google policies
RedEarth AI Private uses YouTube API Services. Use of its YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
