Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final unless Red Earth Innovations determines that an error was caused by us.

Custom, configured, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after design work, material ordering, production, or order processing has started. This includes graphics, seats, plastics, decals, apparel, signs, displays, print products, and other products produced or ordered to the customer's specifications.

Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted details and proofs, including spelling, names, numbers, colors, motorcycle information, sizes, quantities, materials, shipping information, and artwork. Approval authorizes the order to proceed using the approved information. Red Earth Innovations is not responsible for errors that were supplied or approved by the customer.

Red Earth Errors

If Red Earth Innovations made an error, contact us promptly with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when applicable. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate correction, replacement, store credit, or refund. Each case is evaluated individually.

Damaged or Defective Products

Report damage or a suspected defect promptly and retain the product, packaging, and shipping materials until the review is complete. Photographs and additional information may be required. Do not install, alter, or use a product that appears incorrect or damaged.

Non-Custom Products and Exceptions

Any return or cancellation exception must be approved by Red Earth Innovations before an item is sent back. Approved exceptions may be subject to the applicable manufacturer's return requirements, restocking fees, return-shipping costs, and original-condition requirements. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are reviewed case by case. A cancellation is not guaranteed once design work, purchasing, production, or order processing has started. Charges already incurred may be deducted from an approved cancellation.
