Quotes and Estimates
Quote: A quote provided by the seller is a legally binding document. By accepting the quote, the customer agrees to pay the full amount specified in the quote.
Estimate: An estimate is not binding and is subject to change. It provides an approximate cost, which may vary based on actual work performed and materials used.
Delivery Time
Most products offered by Red Earth Innovations, LLC are custom orders and may take 2-3 weeks to ship from the time of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on product availability and customization requirements. Customers may email info@RedEarthInnovations.com to check on the status of an order.
Shipping and Pickup
The seller offers shipping through most major carriers and drop shipping may be used when using third party suppliers. Shipping fees will be billed accordingly. Shipping is the preferred method of product delivery; however, customers may arrange to pickup items locally if permitted.
Product Inspection
The customer must inspect the product at the time of pickup or delivery and report any damages or defects to the seller immediately. If the customer fails to do so, the seller will not be liable for any damages or defects discovered later.
Liability
The customer assumes all liability for the product once it has been picked up or delivered. The seller will not be responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur during the transport or use of the product.
Payment
Payment for the product must be made in full, prior to pickup or shipping. The seller will not release or ship the product until payment has been received and confirmed.
Cancellation
Artwork: Refunds are not permitted for artwork, including but not limited to logos, designs, websites, and code.
Tangible Products: The customer may cancel their order up to 12 hours after the order was placed. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund. If supplies were purchased specifically for the order, any restocking fees will be billed to the customer.
Rush Orders: There will be no cancellation for rush orders.
Additional Fees
Additional fees will be charged for rush orders, and/or shipping. These fees will be communicated to the customer at the time of order. Prices are subject to change based on supply chain, shipping logistics, and volume requested.
Warranties
Customer Supplied Products: There is no warranty on customer-supplied products.
Products and Services: Products and services provided by Red Earth Innovations, LLC are covered by a 15-day warranty from the date of purchase. If a product or service is found to be defective within this warranty period, Red Earth Innovations, LLC will replace the product with a like item. If a like item is not available, the customer will be given the option for a similar item.

Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you visit our website or communicate with us. We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number when you voluntarily provide it to us. We will share customer details with suppliers in order to produce and drop-ship products you have requested. We do not sell your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Intellectual Property
All artwork, including but not limited to logos, designs, websites, and code, is designed for the customer; however, Red Earth Innovations, LLC owns the rights to all artwork and creative intellectual property. As such, Red Earth Innovations, LLC can use this artwork and intellectual property however they decide.
Changes
The seller reserves the right to change the pickup location, date, and time due to unforeseen circumstances. The customer will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
Compliance with Laws
The customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the pickup and use of the product.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the seller and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the pickup and use of the product.
