Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is 15 days from the purchase date. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Custom Designs
  • Personalized Products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  1. Refunds for Custom Work: Due to the unique and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, if there is a noticeable error in workmanship, we will redo the work at no additional cost.
  2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be granted prior to the commencement of work. Once supplies have been purchased and the design process has started, refunds will not be permitted.
  3. Requesting a Refund: Refunds must be requested in writing before any work has started. Requests should be submitted as soon as possible to ensure timely processing.
  4. Non-Refundable Custom Work: All custom work is non-refundable once the design process has begun.
  5. Refund Process: Refunds will be credited using the same method of payment that was originally used for the purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

A Return Authorization will be required prior to returning any items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
